Include your Android version, Lockpic version, phone model, what you expected to happen, and the exact error text. Only describe vault contents when the details are needed to understand the problem.
Backup and recovery
A recovery phrase can regain access to a vault that still exists on the device. After a lost, wiped, or uninstalled phone, recovery requires both the encrypted backup file and its matching recovery phrase.
Lost credentials
Lockpic has no account, server, master password, or recovery backdoor. The developer cannot recover a lost pattern, phrase, backup, or permanently deleted vault.
Security reports
Send suspected security issues privately to support@lockpic.org. Please do not publish exploit details before there has been a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
